By creating an account or using Soulign, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Soulign.

Soulign is a tool for self-reflection and personal growth only. It offers AI-generated readings, prompts, and insights informed by the information you provide. It is meant to support your own reflection — not to make decisions for you.

Soulign is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, financial advice, or medical advice. Nothing in the app constitutes professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You should consult a licensed professional before making any financial, medical, or mental health decisions. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 18 years old.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying systems or models
• Interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

The readings, plans, and insights generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Soulign owns the application, the AI system, prompts, designs, and all related intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our technology beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulign and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the service or any insight it provides. Your use of Soulign is at your own discretion and risk.

You may stop using Soulign and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
